Inaugurated in Milan the first edition of MAM, Art & Antiques Show in Milan. The elegance and sophistication characterize this event. For the occasion, she was invited the Tuscan artist Emy Petrini. 90 square meters dedicated to her majestic sculptures made from plant matter. Shelters willow from 3 to 4 meters high, winding spirals, nests to retreat, small gardens suspended to bring in their own homes nature, with its force and its poetry. This is an opportunity for Milan and for guests of the MAM to visit a beautiful exhibition and purchase of high-level pieces of various Italian galleries and treat yourself to a little ‘poetry of Emy.
MAM is born from the experience of Silvia Dalcò, organizer that for twenty-five years in the art and antiques sector and the two milanese gallerists Giovanni Romigioli (Gallery Romigioli) and Andrea Ciaroni (Altomani & Sons). Both dealers participate in the most prestigious shows Italian: BIAF biannual antiques Florence, are members AAI (Association Italian antiques); Andrea Ciaroni also participates for years even at the most important exhibition in the world industry: TEFAF Maastricht.
MAM is proposed as a dynamic and innovative exhibition that looks abroad; Milan, European capital, is the ideal city to host it. MAM was born like all Italian opportunity to a revival of trade shows; a cross-shows, a major exhibition with art proposed wide-ranging; from ancient to contemporary, from antiques to design. MAM will be attended by a hundred exhibitors, antique dealers and gallery owners of the most prestigious, from all over Italy and abroad. An exhibition that will host events and cultural activities with the intention of attracting a new audience of collectors and enthusiasts, architects and interior designers.
